~disatisfied: I am unable to send emails. I tried * different friends by sending each a test email& none recieved those sent, confirmed by phone calls to each. I just spent ** minutes on the phone with Earthlink. After initial contact it was excalated to level *. After ** minutes and no resolution I was told it will be escalated to level * and they will call me within * days. I consider this very poor service.

~disatisfied: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disatisfied: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disatisfied: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Earthlink customers?
~disatisfied: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Earthlink to know who you are.
