~OHIO BUSINESS: I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING EARTHLINK FOR * MONTHS TO GET A CREDIT ON OUR ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL BACK - NO ONE CALLED. THIS IS A PATHETIC WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THIS COMPANY WORKS!

~OHIO BUSINESS: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~OHIO BUSINESS: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~OHIO BUSINESS: For that I would say one out of five.

~OHIO BUSINESS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Earthlink to know who you are.
