~Frustrated NWerner: Called * pm on Fri. & never got an answer after being transferred to EarthLink. Takes ** minutes to even be on hold. Concierge * does NOT go directly to EarthLink and their voice jail is awful. Keeps requiring info I already keyed in or know.

~Frustrated NWerner: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated NWerner: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Earthlink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated NWerner: For that I would say two out of five.
