GetHuman-369043: Our phone service and Internet has been out for * days. Person we spoke to was in India and said it was all of my area that is affected. Could barely understand him. I asked what area is out. He said all of it, had no idea what he was talking about. Said I should try my connection every hour until it is fixed. He said my call would be escalated and I should not call back
