~cbose: I bought a hat online that was too big. I sent it back for an exchange and Eddie Bauer goes into my bank account and charges me for the hat again. Whe I asked why I was being charged for the hat again, all the customer service reps gave me different answers and told me the charge was a shipping charge (almost the same amount of the hat). The head cust serv rep sends me an email saying that I was charged again for the hat, but at a discounted price. Scam artists
