GetHuman13804: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!*It took at least a day to get any response back to my questions. They only answer around * am. You have to wait another day to hear and answer. I had two addresses on my proofs and I asked why. I received a new proof that was very difficult to read and showed one less address, I did not realize that the correct address had been deleted and an incorrect address placed. They do not send you a printed poof like most compainies, only small ones on the computer that are difficult to read. I emailed explained that everything looked great except the reception cards had the wrong address and I would need the correct ones. I was sent a rude and unprofessional email that explained why it was my fault and stated" BTW that's why we send you a proof". Then I was not even given a solution to my problem. I received an additional email that stated I would be charged for the reprint and have to pay shipping! Terrible customer service and very unprofessional and it was cheap cheesy paper used anyway. They are rude and untimely. Please save yourself the frustration when there are so many other companies to choose!
