~Nothanks: I was asking about a very simple piece of information- my company offers insurance through empire and they had some kind of gym program. On the pamplets for the program, it said "check the website for a list of participating gyms". No dice, there isn't a list anywhere on the website. So to find out what was going on I had to call multiple times. Each time I was transferred to another incorrect department or **** robot line. The employees sounded completely clueless and although I kept my tone in check until the very end, none of them were worth anything. I ended up finally giving up, which is ridiculous for such a conceptually easy issue.
