~Marsha: Tried to call about "coordination of benefits" questionnaire. Once a year they tell me I'm on Medicare (I'm not) & won't pay claims until I send them a form saying I'm NOT on Medicare. Form has no address to send to and the online forms were removed years ago, so all I can do is call, but despite waiting ** minutes a time, I never get anyone to talk to. Of course, talking to me means they'd have to pay the claim! Absolutely impossible company to deal with. I LOATHE Empire BC*BS.
