~had enough of this crapola: held on for ** minutes, then got disconnected. called back then they couldn't find my account. then I was transferred twice to two different people that knew nothing and was told I'd get a call back "in about ** hours." DO NOT USE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD.
