~heavenlyplaces: This is a terrible company! I was on the phone for more than *hrs. They kept transfering me around and after each transfer I would be told 'unfortunately I cannot do that'. The monopoly of enbridge has to be broken and a free market economy encouraged. Consumers are at the losing end right now!This is abominable
