~kathy olsen: I don't have much confidence that low-level service providers know what they are doing. With each inquiry, either online or by phone I receive a different response. My electric bill has increased from $*** to $*** in the first *.* weeks of February I asked how is this possible. The response was fees and usage when I called. There are also the printed statements I receive. None of them are the same. I am stressed that I will be disconnected any day now. Is there any recourse other than solar?
