~grannymo: My copier was not printing and I found out that the ink had dried in the nozzle head from lack of use. So Edward guided me through the process of cleaning the nozzle heads twice and then it began printing properly. He was a great help and very patient!

~grannymo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~grannymo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~grannymo: For that I would say two out of five.
