GetHuman-423508: I am not sure who my contact's name is. When I called for help this AM I was already numb from trying to connect my new xp-*** to my chromebook----without success. Our phone connection was not good and frankly I am not the most technically competent. I know he was repeating instructions over and over again. I am sure it was driving him nuts. In any event he hung in there and we finally got the job done. Everything works and I am pleased that I chose Epson. This guy is really a credit to your Company. I am sure you can identify him and thank him for me for his professionalism.

GetHuman-423508: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-423508: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-423508: For that I would say five out of five.
