~lonewolf: After asking lots of questions, operator appears to have hung up on me. I was worried I may have called a phishing site, but no this is the number for equifax. That's what happens when you redirect customers calls to the other side of the world. LOUSY !

~lonewolf: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~lonewolf: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lonewolf: For that I would say three out of five.
