GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Equifax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: First call was a little hard to understand but was transferred to Consumer Affairs and problem was fixed in * min. I have been * years trying to get the issue resolved but it was a problem created by the state of NJ and having security freezes. If you change address from NJ where you have a security freeze you must lift the freeze before a new address in another state can be used. I was unable to get a loan or credit report in the new state because of this. The other two credit agencies were fine. ????
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
