~Dressage Athlete: Truly great customer service. The gentleman did have an mild accent,(not India area or Philippians) and I did try a few ways to figure out where he was...he advised me they were not allowed to disclose where they were. Anyway, he was extremely helpful!!

~Dressage Athlete: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dressage Athlete: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dressage Athlete: For that I would say five out of five.

~Dressage Athlete: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
