GetHuman-Profbev: Issue with Equifax
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-Profbev: Problems wiirh my credit report. I have * separate hard inquires in * years, most of these companies I've never heard of- Some personal info is incorrect,, and we have some high credit balances. Most of our credit dept is with a debt management company, which I believe is called Credit Management Intl.- They say we'll be paid off in end of ****- To add to this mess, we have an outstanding Wells Fargo Equity Line Loan of $***,***, which comes due in ****.. We are due to have aprime equity increase, in Oct, which will raise our interest rate from *.**% ( this was over ** years ago) to possibly *.* % in Oct. I need to fix my credit score badly- I used your services about * year ago, and I was quite happy with the results- I think I'll use your services again

GetHuman-Profbev: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-Profbev: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-Profbev: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
GetHuman-Profbev: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
