~j3n1096: I had called before and the lady was foreign, so I had no idea what she said. It was horrid. It upsets me that Equifax would invest in people that you can't understand for something that is so important. This lady told me that my information for my social security was wrong, and I know it's not. So, I'm calling again. I have gotten another foreigner, but I can totally understand him. Wait time was only ** minutes this time versus the **-** for the last time. Hopefully everything will come back better this time.

~j3n1096: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~j3n1096: For that I would say five out of five.
