~Jaime Mercado: No sense of assistance. Was on hold over **min for a supervisor. Failed to provided information related to filing a grievance. Failed to direct me by name and failed to assist with the information I provided. Will rather send a letter for my request than dealing with pathetic customers service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~Jaime Mercado: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jaime Mercado: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jaime Mercado: For that I would say four out of five.

~Jaime Mercado: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
