~touristinthailand: CAUTION! Booked on Expedia while travelling in Thailand but it wasn't Expedia US it was and affiliated company Expedia Thailand and while the US company CAN see your reservation, they CANNOT help you with resolution to the issue - they refer you to deal with the THAI EXPEDIA which you can only do by phone if you're still IN Thailand! Otherwise you have to communicate by email which was a bit of a 'challenge' The issue was resolved, but lots of aggravation!

~touristinthailand: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~touristinthailand: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~touristinthailand: For that I would say three out of five.

~touristinthailand: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
