GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~spang: Expedia is the worse company to book your vacation trip with. Please think twice before to commit. They will recommend you Hotel that are terrible but won't say it because they wanted to sell you the cheaper package but yes the most terrible Hotels! I am still waiting for a refund on a one I check out after the first night. *Expedia is not reachable out of the USA and even in the USA Customer service dedicate to Vac package will make you transfer **** times before you get any callback. They actually don't have any extension for customer care in refund. *Get your vacation itinerary with booking.com- Priceline or any agency concerning Costa Rica get *"Anywhere Costa Rica" is the Best!*Good Luck!*Sophie P.

GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~spang: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~spang: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
