GetHuman-237645: Almost every transaction w* them is a problem. Either they send the wrong amount or charge the wrong price. Go ahead, try to get them to credit your acct. It seems no one has any authority to do anything except make annoying recorded calls to tell me they are processing my scripts. Customer svc. reps can't issue credits,it seems "supervisors" can't issue creditsand Pharmisists certainly can't issue credits. Then who? I am waiting over * months for a call from some who can help. This company's service makes me nervous. Very difficult company to deal with.
