~meds: Customer service very poor, they have a problem with their site. I was not able to to login, after years of using the same login and password. I had to call to get a temporary password. I live in NJ, my prescription was sent to PR twice and is stlil in PR waiting for the USPS to return the medication. After I called to find out why I have not received my medication I was informed that they have a problem when you order online. I have ordered my meds online for years. Their solution was to charge me for again for the medication, so I can get it since they dont know when the medication will be back from PR. I am dissapointed since this is their fault and I should not have to pay again for something that I did not received. Is this the way Express Scripts treat their customers. Never had a problem when it was MEDCO.
