GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Express Scripts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-177950: I have now had to renewal requests I placed with ES that were supposed to go to my doctor. I confirmed with ES they fax twice and then are supposed to email me if doc does not renew for any reason. I confirmed with my doc's office they never recd renewal request. I have spoken to * supervisors today in customer service, Jackie and David, and gone over this problem. I have asked both of them to follow through and then call me back to update me so I know for sure they have the renewal script. Both have said they cannot do this. ??? I rated the above communication as good because the question was "how well did you understand the person?" I understood both very well as they had no concern for my problem. Jackie even told me I need to realize they have thousands of customers and cannot flag just one account for special treatment. That wasn't even what I was asking for. I was nice and kept my cool, as did Jackie and David, but we're not talking about just a mail order business for incidental
