~NES V.: Reps are terrible, they do not know what they're doing. Each calls I made, each rep says one thing that the other rep did not mention before. As for the supervisor, they will say what you want to hear and then DOES NOT notate it in their system (basically LIE to you). They are not connected with one another. They said that they don't have a tel* to their shipping dept and accounting dept! So, if you need your meds filled or refilled, uou'll need MONTHS to get it to you! I had sent in our Rx to them since July * and it has been ** days and we still have noT seen one tablet of those meds. Oh and YES, they charged our card already and also screwed up on that and "someone" from Express charged our card twice!!! This company should be shut down before they could cost a patient life!!!

~NES V.: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NES V.: For that I would say two out of five.

~NES V.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
