~SYLVIA: It seems like the Representetive did understand my concern and was trying to apologize all the time, but PCA did agree with me on my situation and I believe the company drops the ball and the poor PCA'S get yelled at for all the bad service and coordination, it looks like this company don't care about the patients or the employees. This company is all about the money. Run if you can and do not use them as your pharmacy benefits, it is more than a poor service I would say it is the WORST.

~SYLVIA: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SYLVIA: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SYLVIA: For that I would say three out of five.
