GetHuman-48176: Put on hold * times and every time it put me back to original menue and had to start all over again. The people who answered were like robots. Did not even say thet were sorry for the hold issue. Evenually found out that when Medco and express scripts merged I was "termed" which means deactivated and then reactivated but with a group number. No myself, Anthem, or my employer were notified of this so I went to neverland and I had to get to a supervisor to be found again. All I had previously done had to be done over (me and my doctor). The reps were awful. they obviously could care less.

GetHuman-48176: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
