~Incompetent Company: When I called to find out where my meds were (had already received an email * weeks prior that they were shipped), I was told to verify an address that I didn't know, that's where the meds were sent and the address they had on file. They had no record of our current address although we receive mail from them. I called insurance, even though I knew they'd tell me that they had our correct address on file. I call Express back to tell them they needed to get this worked out and that I needed my meds in * days. I was transferred to a "supervisor" because she couldn't authorize an overnight shipment and that the request for the meds from the pharmacy would take **-** hours (aren't they the pharmacy?!?!) She then said I'd have to call back in ** days to put in a request for a credit for the meds they sent to the wrong address. I had a horrible experience with the person I spoke with a month ago when I called to verify that they had received the rx from my doctor. VERY poor communicatio
