~milla09: Worst company I have ever dealt with. I had been working with this company with over a year and had okay service initially. Upon calling in early June **** to refill a prescription I informed Express Scripts I no longer had insurance coverage, but would like to fill my prescription. I was told that would be fine and that they would fill order at a new price. I agreed. ** days later BY MAIL I was told they could not fill the prescription without an up front payment (I had done billing with them for the year prior). This was time sensitive medication so I called back immediately to pay the nearly $*** and asked them to please send right away since I would be out of this medication in less than a week. I was assured by a Supervisor that she would send it expedited mail and it would arrive in *-* days. The following day, I checked my bank account online only to find that Express Scripts had billed me twice, making my checking account overdrawn. I called Express Scripts to ask why I was dou
