GetHuman-244142: The customer rep was adequate, but only because she tried hard and didn't hang up on me. She clearly was not empowered to do anything and got no support no matter who she went to talk to (putting me on hold, but at least returning). Ultimately she cancelled the order and refunded the money. Hideous company that I had a * day wait for late Mother's Day flowers that never came and then the indignity of an hour on the phone. And in the end, I'm out Mother's Day, and hour, and a lot of anger. FTD is dead to me.
