GetHuman-391669: This number is like calling another, better world at FTD. I had placed an order to be delivered on Monday and it is Thursday. I have spent literally hours giving them time to fix this, half the time never understanding what is being said. They just kept saying they understood. Then, I was told I could not have the name of the florist the order was sent to. I have been at my wits end! I just wanted the order canceled and my card refunded now that they still don't have their flowers on Thursday!(It was for my mother and her twin's **th birthdays. Both orders were never delivered to either address.) But they told me they had to have the florist call back and confirm it was not already sent. But they could never reach them. Ugh! The man at this number cleared it up in less than ** minutes and had my card refunded for both transactions. Thank you so much for this number. It quite possibly saved the lives of some non-English speaking customer service reps at FTD.com. Just kidding...I think.
