~Jerry Lawrence: Your help is absolutely despicable. You cannot contact anyone, the phone number gives you absolutely no help. How do you expect your users to get problems resolved??? Anything I do with facebook gives me a blank page and cannot go any further. Help me or close my account.

~Jerry Lawrence: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
