GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman246: "I forgot my password and asked for a reset. I was asked for my email and given a message that I could now reset the password. Nothing happened. So I selected the option to put in a cell phone number. I was given a security question which I answered correctly and a link was sent to my phone which I used. My identity was verified according to the message I received. I went to log in again, and am now told I have to wait ** hours before logging in. WHAT?????? I was not given that warning when I used the "phone" method. I have a deadline TODAY to post some photos for a project, and I have to wait ** hours? No. I need access now. I need to get into my account. Please reset this. Thank you."

GetHuman246: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman246: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman246: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman246: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
