~travisdehart: I cannot call customer service from my phone. It lets me go through the menu but it doesn't give me an option for what I want. I just tried the billing department so I could speak with someone live and it told me that number is currently not in service. Why as a customer can I not have access to customer service? I also tried contacting customer service online and also could not get a response. There needs to be a * out of * option for this experience rank. I've been attempting to reach customer service for a while now. I am so upset with this I now want to cancel my plans and go with a real company who will be there for me, that's not too much to ask. Horrible horrible lack of service! And after spending half an hour trying to reach someone, if it can't recognize what you want it doesn't send you to someone who can help but rather what does it do? It says sorry I cannot recognize your response please try your call again later and it hangs up on you. Horrible!
