~EASYiszie: i HAVE AN ACCOUNT i AM TRYING TO PAY. i WAS TOLD TO GO TO CUSTOMERRELATIONS@MYFAMILYMOBILE.COM. i WENT THERE AND IT LIST * PAGES OF WEB SITES NONE OF THEM REMOTELY MATCH THE ABOVE URL. sO i WAS SUPPOSED TO GO THERE AND PUT MY COMPLAINT WITH AN OVERCHARGE, WHICH (i HAVE TRIED TO DO BY THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE PAYMENT CENTER). nOW HERE i AM AGAIN WITH A BOGUS URL THAT DOES NOT EXIST. i SENT TO THE HOME OFFICE A CHECK FOR FIFTY DOLLARS TO PAY ON MY BILL. aFTER TWO MONTHS AND THE CHECK NOT CLEARING MY BANK, i WAS TROUBLED BY THAT. nOW THEY TELL ME THE SAME URL ADDRESS AND NOTHING IS CHANGED. tHE FIFTY DOLLAR CHECK THEY WROTE ME AND SAID THEY WERE SENDING IT BACK, BUT THE LETTER DID NOT HAVE THE CHECK JUST A NOTE SAYING THEY SENT IT BACK. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CHECK BACK. sO i TRIED AGAIN TO RESOLVE THE DEBT WITH THE COLLECTION CENTER, THEY SAID GO TO THE SAME URL THEY GAVE ME AND THEY WILL TAKE MY COMPLAINT ABOUT OVER BILLING AND WOULD ADJAUT MY BILL. i AM STILL WITH FAMILY
