~lorali: Does anyone in management read any of these comments??... ** min, ** min.,** min... I've never experienced such a lack of service... I'm amazed you have the nerve to ask how the service was.. I'd laugh if I weren't so furious... all I can say is anyone who chooses to purchase your product in the future deserves what they get..

~lorali: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~lorali: For that I would say two out of five.
