GetHuman-178641: I do not have any real complaint with the individual that received my claim even though my claim was denied?? My problem is with the shipping department that clearly had opened the damaged package to inspect for damage (staples removed and retaped) and still delivered the package anyway. I was not home when it was delivered and I would not have accepted the package. Why my claim was denied is still a mystery to me because it was clearly damaged in shipping. Unfortunitely FedEx is like most big companies anymore, the bosses try do anything to avoid paying claims and taking care of customer to improve their bottom line profits. Fortunitely for me there is another shipping company in town with offices and I can take any damage package to them and speak to a live person. So I'll order only from companies that use UPS.

GetHuman-178641: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-178641: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-178641: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-178641: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
