~Military Mom: A terrible company, to have to do business with. My son, stationed in Afghanistan sent a surprise xmas gift to his Grandma and it was broken. They will not come to pick it up and I have waisted * days and ** hours. U see they say from *am to *pm and no ones shows up or calls to cancel. i have talked to more than ** people and the package is still in my house. My son, will not be credited until it has been returned. He had to purchase a gift card for his Grandma instead.So, because they are making no money I get to waste my ** hours waiting for no shows. I want them to come get the package that they destroyed. Now.

~Military Mom: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Military Mom: For that I would say three out of five.
