~ray: My ** gallon fish tank was put in their hands because I assumed they would deliver the package without damage. Fat chance. Even though the box was packaged by a fedex shipper with huge yellow and black stickers on all sides that clearly read (GLASS FISH TANK, CAREFUL) Then another sticker that clearly read, (THIS SIDE UP) The tank was delivered to my front door while I was home,(No one rang the door bell), and when I brought the package in, one end of the tanks glass had been smashed. Thanks FEDEX. We are finished doing business.

~ray: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ray: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ray: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
~ray: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
