GetHuman-243985: I dont know what kinda person runs this crazy company. but he needs to come out of his fancy office and see what is going on. I WILL NEVER SHIP WITH FEDEX AGAIN. I will tell all of my buisness associates, friends and family to never use fedex again. We will be shipping with UPS from now on
