GetHuman-183968: A payoff for an auto loan was mailed to the wrong department and was lost. She advised us to place a stop payment on the check and re-issue it. She also gave me the payoff for the member. (She probably should have had confirmation to speak to me from the member- though, I wasn't going to make it any more difficult for myself.)ALso had to call back and they provided me the correct address to mail the payoff too.
