~aia4spoc: They weren't exactly able to help me with my problem, but the lady was very competent and clearly explained what was wrong and why they couldn't do anything about it (another airline canceled their connecting flight).

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~aia4spoc: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Finnair's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aia4spoc: For that I would say four out of five.
