~Unhappy FitBit customer: A heavily accented person answered, but told me that they do not support my fitbit product (the fairly new Ultra) and that he would have to have someone return my call. This fits with the Fitbit customer service on their web page - no phone numbers to get phone support, and they do not respond to emails, which is their only offered method of contacting them and obtaining support.
