~theresa fernandez: Fernando was very helpful.he checked my fitbit to see if he seen errors, came back on the phone and said yes as soon as you take your bitbit off of the charger the battery dies. fernando will be shipping me a new one, hopefully it will not take long to arrive. i need my fitbit soon! hopefully this one will last because this one only lasted ** days. :-(
