~trying to get fit: I just took the products out of the box and have a queston about the wifi connections before I go to the trouble of setting it up. No contact info on website. Disgusting. Called *** number on this site and got the same message every else did....call back later. I am going to send both products back before even taking them out of the box. I refuse to deal with a company that has so much contempt for its customers.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~trying to get fit: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~trying to get fit: For that I would say three out of five.

~trying to get fit: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
