~Jenny: The customer spoke very poor English and it was incredibly difficult to understand her. However, I believe my problem will be resolved. My band had a split in it after less than ** days purchase and she offered to replace it. I hope it is replaced with a better quality than the one I have.

~Jenny: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jenny: For that I would say three out of five.
