GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fitbit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Chuck Finley: This is a site in the Phillipines or Guatemala (depending on when you call). The people who answer the phone do not understand English well and cannot speak it well, and read from a menu. I asked if the large or x-large Charge is the same size as the large Flex* the woman had no idea of what I asked and simply read from a menu the length in inches of the Charge band, but had no information to compare to the Flex band. Fitbit has gone from a company that cares to a company that cares only about profit by outsourcing customer service to people who cannot provide it and cannot speak and understand English.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fitbit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fitbit problem?
~Chuck Finley: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chuck Finley: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chuck Finley: For that I would say three out of five.

~Chuck Finley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
