GetHuman-75910: really no problem w*service, problem is w*the pathetic instructions for setting up. your idiots failed to mention that the operative equipment was linked to the usb charger and the damned thing barely fit the smaller wristband. Really enjoyed struggling w*the pegs on the wristband (for many interminable minutes) as I tried to give my wife this fabulous birthday present. Why don't you folks hire some design engineers who know what they're doing. You'll be gone w*in * years b*c of these stupid lapses of attention to detail. Smarter folks are out there.
