~Struggling in this economy: Called *-***-***-**** several times on Aug. *,****, and upon entering any of the four choices to direct my call, got a connection that was only static or very intermittent. after several hours, another attempt got a British woman's voice recording that stated that the *-***-***-**** number was no longer in service and gave another number (****-***-****), which did not work AT ALL, hence the ** rating. After several more hours, the original number worked flawlessly, so I would rate the successful call a ** in quality.
