~ahungryghost: The best way to get through is to simply wait and not input any options. However if you do get through most of these reps are in a hurry to get you off the phone or talk too fast to understand. I had a simple question unrelated to my account and they went through the entire verification process so I simply gave up. very very poor customer service ( I have ** yrs in industry) which is unfortunate because everything else about them I would speak highly of (their instore reps are very good).
